Mastering the Bicycle

Riding a bike is a major milestone for any child. Our Cycle Training program uses a step-by-step approach to help children overcome balance and coordination challenges, moving toward independent riding.

Training Milestones

  • Balance Mastery: Starting with balance bikes or training wheels to build confidence.
  • Pedal & Steering: Learning the mechanical skills needed to move and direct the cycle.
  • Safety Education: Understanding road rules and the critical importance of helmets.
  • Progressive Practice: Gradually increasing the complexity of the riding environment.
